Dance mat?

I want to use my dance mat for exercise but I don't know how many calories it burns. It doesn't say on the game and I don't think there is anything on MFP database to compare (except maybe aerobic step?).... I do it on the hardest level and the hardest songs and find myself extremely out of breath and sweaty after 5 minutes.... though I am quite unfit. What would you put it as?
