hey everyone, sort of new to this started the gym last friday and am fixated on making sure i achieve my calorie goal!

would like some tips though on protein shakes and what to eat etc...
i want to loose weight but but get toned aswell,

Hi, I'll be happy to support you but I don't know anything about proteins muscle building etc... but I'll motivate you to stick to your calorie goal and work out etc

If your protein shakes are vavilla I suggest try adding some cinnamon and a hint of agava...will taste just like a snickerdoodle cookie. Yummy!0
