would like some support please :)

hey everyone, sort of new to this started the gym last friday and am fixated on making sure i achieve my calorie goal!
from north wales woop woop!!!
would like some tips though on protein shakes and what to eat etc...
i want to loose weight but but get toned aswell,

any suggestions???

    If your protein shakes are vavilla I suggest try adding some cinnamon and a hint of agava...will taste just like a snickerdoodle cookie. Yummy!
