    I love that pic! there are some days wherein I'm not so motivated and will ask myself, "do I really have to workout everyday (6x/week)?" Found my answer! :D

    Me neither - her abs look strange and she has a creepy belly button.
    By then, I don't get motivated by other peoples bodies - just makes me more concious of the flaws in my own.
    Nothing wrong with the message - but if I didn't feel like running, that wouldn't make me go.
    Perhaps I'm odd, but I think my motivation is only ever going to come from within.

    Me neither, I don't like headless or semi headless bodies. I like to see the whole person! But hell, if it inspires you that is fantastic! We need to go our way and with what inspires us!
