NEED ENCOURAGEMENT!

Hi,
I am new to My FitnessPal and need some motivation and encouragement from others who have been there, done that! I have tried this before and failed! HELP!

    This is the right place to be. I visit the forum posts where people post their success stories. I like to see how many people have done what I am trying to do. Plus you need to log your food, good or bad. I would also suggest opening your diary so others can make any suggestions to help you along your way. And be sure to support others as they will do for you. Support, logging, learning - that's what you can do on this site and those will lead to success. Friend me if you like.

    you only fail when you quit trying.....check in daily,log,drink water,exercise and get some great MFP friends and you will be there before you know it!!!!

    Great advice above. Tracking is not an option! As someone mention, track every bite, lick and taste. Participate in discussions and be there for your friends and the'll be here to support you too.
