30 Day Shred - How to type in exercies for here?

You can either put it as circuit training, or if you have a hrm, just make a new exercise and call it 30 day shred and use your cals burnt from your hrm
I used to burn around 180-200 in the 25 minutes from memory0 -

i burned between 230 and 300 calories in 20 mintues and i added it into my exercise list.0

I use circuit training but the MFP calories burned is WAY to high for the 20 minutes so I use the #'s from my Body Media :-)0

click on exercise on ur top page and click on "MY exercise" and add it there0
