Has anyone tried this and how was your experience? Did it give you a good workout and is it worth purchasing?

I have done it quite a few times. It is actually my favorite DVD to do. It is challenging but you can dial it back if you need to take a breather.0

I'm doing her extreme shed shred and i'm very impressed especially for the 10 bucks it cost me! Its two 45 min sessions she would like you to do both. It kicks my butt.0

Just wanted to say that this is my all time favorite workout. I'm 245 pounds, 5'8" and have a 44 inch waist. It definately is a good work out yet at the same time she shows you how to modify if you need to. I like it because you can skip circuits and do your favorites if you are tired or you can do the whole thing if you feel up to it. I also feel it has a good warm up and a good cool down. I bought this dvd at wal mart a year ago and still love it. After a while it does get a little old because you know what moves are coming up and if you don't like them its a little like watching the clock at work. I have bought other dvds by her and am currently hooked on her kick-boxing fast fix but will always love banish fat and boost metabolism.
Also, I'm not sure what your current physical state is but if you are having difficulty with the jumps, just do squats instead, she tells you this but not until after you are halfway through the move. Totally awesome workout and I love how you can increase intensity on a lot of the moves as you get better. However it is very hard on the knees as there's a fair bit of jumping involved.0
