This may sound stupid........so you freeze them for 30mins......then do you have to eat them within a certain period of time or is that them set and they wont melt?

I would think the freezing is needed so it makes "layers" o to speak. If not then it will be goopy and the chocolate will mix with the peanut butter. Once all layers are made and frozen I'd think you could leave them in the freezer as long as you want.

What is PB2? New here and haven't seen it before, I am assuming some kind of peanut butter. Those peanut butter cups look awesome!

    Mark

It is in the health food section of the grocery store usually or I suppose in health food stores. It's powdered peanut butter that has basically ground peanuts and a bit of sugar and a slight bit of salt. You mix it yourself or use in recipes as is. It is alright tasting, not sweet at all though,

I bought it on Amazon after reading the raving reviews on MFP. I will have to admit I'd rather not eat peanut butter at all than to eat it. I can't get past the overwhelming peanut taste with no sweetness. I'm going to try it in a protein shake soon and see if that helps.

yup! I will be trying this for sure! I only crave sweets like once a month if that, but these make me drool!

I heard you can mix unflavored or flavored gelatin with 1/2 c boiling water and mix. Add 2 c pulverized cottage cheese and blend well.
When you put in fridge it will come out like a cheesecake ;-) I plan to try this! Maybe with some berries on top or making it a key lime type flavor. They said if you make it with the vegan substitute you may have problems though.
I don't have to worry about vegan though.
