I get up anywhere from 3:30-4:00 am to do my workout. I have 2 kids, 3 year old and 6 month old. 3 year old doesn't take naps so that's why I get up before they do. Is it effecting my workout any or my weight loss any if I go back to sleep for 2 hours or so after I, done? If I don't get a little more sleep after working out...come 3-4 pm I'm dead tired. Is it okay to go back to sleep???

I agree with DispatcherSal, sleep wont hurt you expecially if you are doing a hard routine. You need rest anyway expecially with a 6 month old and 3 year old. My wife and I just had our second child and she is 3 months old, the oldest is 7 years and still a handful. Dealing with children are a workout alone. Good luck and have fun.0
