I'm hosting a party in which someone requested that I have sugar free cookies. This part is actually a health/wellness party, so having all the food be very healthy is important to me. However, I'm not really a fan of artificial sweeteners. Anyway....hit me with what you got--- sugar free cookies. (The cookie requester is a diabetic) thx!

I love this recipe. Sucanat is the sugar substitute in the recipe. It smells like molasses and is, as far as I've read, dried cane juice. You can find it at health food stores like Whole Foods. They are delightful cookies, but crumble when warm so serve "chilled"0
