Gluten and Casein Free

Hello. Is anyone else here gluten and casein free? I have an allergy to casein and I have recenty started cutting out gluten to see if I have any improvement without it. I have a few friends who have similar allergies.

I have seen groups for gluten free but not for the casein, so I was wondering if I started a group would anyone be interested in joining? We could share recipes, experiences and stories, products, websites, etc.

So let me know and if I can get enough people I will start us a group.

There are a lot of resources for Gluten Free. Below are a list of a few I would check out. Casein Free - would this just be avoiding Dairy?

I went gluten free yesterday. I have autoimmune arthritis and hope this helps manage my symptoms.
