                    Hi everyone, I just thought I would share my success with 30 day shred as everyone always seems keen to see progress. First picture is from the day I started 73 days ago and the second is just the start to finish of my shred journey :happy:

I only lost 2 kgs however I lost about 13 inches so I was happy with that.. I hope this works because I have never posted pics before.

Thanks for taking the time to check my post out. Still got a long way to go but have made a great start.

CW: 67.3kgs

I did 10 days on each level. I missed one day on level 3 so it took 31 days, I also stared with walking every second day until I was running. Now I run 3 to 5kms every second or third day.0 - 
            Wow...those results are amazing...makes me want to do the 30 day shred!0

I do 30ds but have level two was so hard for me. I took too much time off. But I am back at it today!0 -

            Awesome! Look at those thighs! I keep saying I'm going to add the shred to my routine. I currently do Zumba or Deep Water Aerobics for 60 minutes a day 5 - 6 days a week, but I want faster results! Thanks for the motivation!0

30 day shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels, you can watch it on you tube. You do 10 days on each level. Good luck :happy:
