Hello! I'm REALLY new to MFP and would REALLY love to make some new friends to share support and encouragment with. I want SO much to have a new lifestyle and I just know after MANY failed "diet" attempts that the best hope is to NOT diet, but begin a new lifestyle and NOT alone...but with friends :smile: If you want...friend me!

    I'm in West Palm area too...53 yrs old...and just joined up about 2 weeks ago! Haven't friended anybody yet but definitely would like to get on board for motivation & support! Would be happy to give support in kind. Welcome!:happy:
