    First off, congrats! Also, good luck & thank you for serving. I'm pretty sure if you don't lose those 30lbs before you will MOST DEFINITELY lose them during boot camp lol.

    Congrats and well earned!! One of my nephew's friends is going to the Air Force on Nov 13th so I told him he oughta start P90X now (that's my current program) so that he has a head start but he was like "no...I heard that's really hard" and I laughed and said "I'm a 40 yr old chick doing it!!!" lol

    It takes discipline and a good way to prep for the grueling workouts you're gonna have there. GREAT job!! :)
