'water weight' ?! :S so confused!

I NEVER drink water! I limit my calories a LOT and as a result have lost a lot of weight over the past few months..

My question: If I drink, say, 10 glasses of water tomorrow, will I pee everything out of my system (mostly sodium), and basically remove all the 'water weight', or have I already lost the water weight (since I lost weight already)? Will I see that a little lower number the next morning or what will happen?:)

Please,,,some help:) lol! my plan for tomorrow is to drink a LOT of water :P I cant wait! :)

    Hi,

Here's a article regarding why we need to drink water:

    http://nutrition.about.com/od/hydrationwater/a/waterarticle.htm

While it's true that water helps to reduce the sodium from foods, that is due to the fact that water is key in removing waste products from your system. When you talk about "water weight" you are talking about something that fluctuates daily for many different reasons. Losing weight doesn't mean that you've forever lost water weight.

    I hope this helps.
