Hi,
I am a mother of four kids. On Monday, they started a new school year for them. So, I am determined to be healthy and exercise. I am about 60 lbs overweight. I need encouragement and friends to help me along this journey.
Can you suggest tips and or pointers, to help me achieve my goal ?

    The most important thing is MOTIVATION and that's going to be the key to your success. MFP is a great website to track your caloric intake and the exercice that you do. Then after, just try to gain healthier habit that you can keep one at the time. It's as simple as that! Good luck in your fitness journey!
