Hi Everyone,

One of tricks I have used is snacking on fruits and vegetables as I love to eat throughout the day. Today I hit a new record. 12 different fruits and vegetables.

Banana
Orange
Apple
Green Grapes
Red Grapes
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Plums
Carrot Sticks
Red pepper
Eggplant

    So far today I've managed:
    Apricots
    Plums
    Tomato
    Carrot
    Celery
    Red Pepper
    Radish
    Cucumber
    Beetroot

    = 9. But it is only 2pm!

    I'll attempt to beat 12....
  • I'll top your 12 with 15. I had sweet potatoes with broccoli and cauliflower with dinner.

i hit ELEVEN fruits and veggies,

    I had
    plums
    portabella mushroom:bigsmile: -YUM!!
    green pepper <
my all time favorite of all, sliced and raw with some hummus dip, or plain.
    carrots
    celery
    napa cabbage<---{such a NICE change up over lettuce, it's a bit spicier and holds up better under tomatoes, doesn't wilt as easily.}
    raisins
    radishes
    banana peppers
    cukes
    tomatoes

(can i count my merlot as a grape?)
