Hi there! I'm new here & I've been using MFP for a few months now. I've been steadily working out alone since January 2010, & with a trainer twice a month since September 2011. My trainer & I didn't see each other for about 2 months during that time, so I sort of fell off the motivational wagon
Well I'm back on now & I can FINALLY notice changes in my body.

Honestly, I haven't noticed much change in the scale #'s minus 10lbs, but looking at those photos makes me want to keep going harder & harder!
I count calories religiously & work out at least 4 times a week. I try & go spinning for 45 mins once a week.
I'm very excited & just wanted to introduce myself here because this app is awesome! & I know seeing other people's progress pics motivates me more than anything else!
