new lady!

Hi there! I'm new here & I've been using MFP for a few months now. I've been steadily working out alone since January 2010, & with a trainer twice a month since September 2011. My trainer & I didn't see each other for about 2 months during that time, so I sort of fell off the motivational wagon :( Well I'm back on now & I can FINALLY notice changes in my body.

Honestly, I haven't noticed much change in the scale #'s minus 10lbs, but looking at those photos makes me want to keep going harder & harder!

I count calories religiously & work out at least 4 times a week. I try & go spinning for 45 mins once a week.

I'm very excited & just wanted to introduce myself here because this app is awesome! & I know seeing other people's progress pics motivates me more than anything else!

    Welcome! Hope you stay motivated. It's great that you don't let the number on the scale dictate your desire to achieve a healthier lifestyle! Way to go!

    & Yes! Thankfully, I've never been too hung up on the # I see on the scale...I just want to look & feel healthy! :)
