I have completed my first round of Insanity. 8 weeks of hell and torture, but I loved it and I am going to do another round. I only lost 6 pounds in this round however I did lose inches and pant sizes. I never thought I would be able to complete something so crazy. But I did. I look forward to the results of my next adventure with Shawn T. Thank you to all my MFp friends as I would not have made it this far without your love and support!

SW/CW- 166.6lbs/161.4lbs
Starting Size in Jeans- 10
After Insanity- 8/6 (I did squeeze into a size 4 :) but not the look I was going for)

Starting Measurements

5'8
Waist- 33 inches
Neck- 12 1/2 inches
Hip- 42 inches
Right Arm- 12 inches
Left Arm- 12 inches
Right Thigh- 23 1/2 inches
Left Things 24 inches

After Insanity-

5'8
Waist- 27 inches
Neck- 12 inches
Hip- 39 inches
Right Arm- 11 inches
Left Arm- 11 inches
Right Thigh- 22 inches
Left Things 22 inches

I did not tally up the inches but i don' think i need too. And so here are my photos...

    I am super amazed. You did not lose so much in pounds, but your body is DRASTICALLY different. SO now I won't freak so much if I gain or stay the same because I am working out. But I have thought of not working out until I get to a point where I feel comforitable working out and not minding that the scale doesn't move.

    I have started and stopped Insanity so many times, because it is tough and a big commitment, but you are motivating me to give it another try!
