No Matter What I do, My Legs Won't Grow!

If your thinking about starting to lift, still a beginner, or not seeing results, take a look at your routine.
Basic compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press) are gonna give you the best results, and these should be your focus first. After you get nearer to your physique that you want, then incorporate isolation movements and grip changes.

I get asked, "How did you get your legs?" and I reply "squats and lunges". Nothing fancy. BASICS!!
