    Not cook books exactly but if you google that exact request you will find some great websites full of ideas, photos and even videos.

    I just got the Cook This, Not That cookbook and really like it. Everything under 350 calories, and most are pretty quick prep. :)

    Jessica Seinfeld's Deceptively Delicious. It is all about getting your kids to eat healthy, how to hide veggies in food and apparently the recipes are super easy.
