I started this journey using MFP Jan of this year at 218 pounds. I did get down to 178 in July then gained back 10 pounds on vacation....too much soda & food :ohwell: . Plus, I deleted my account (not thinking) so I am restarting at 186 pounds & so ready to do this. I have a goal to compete in a figure competition next year so I am determined to do this. I have my goal set for 145 but really thinking more like 130-135. But I will get to 145 then decide.
