How often do you weigh yourself?

I think it is self defeating for those who have to weigh themselves once a day .. Usually I try to weigh my self first thing every Friday morning.....
I have said it a million times, but the scale is nothing more but a number.. As well as one of the ( in my opinion ) least amount of tools you have to judge your progress.
I would honestly say focus on other things like How you feel, how your clothes fit, you are able to progress further in your work out than before and lastly the scale..
People get so jacked up on the number and freak out if it didn't move .1 % from the last 5 minutes that they weighed themselves.0 -

I don't weight myself anymore, I determine my progress by the fit of my clothes. If I did weigh myself it would be every Sun morning, naked, before breakfast.0

I weigh every morning at 7:30 AM. It keeps me on track and I always keeps in mind if I ate something salty or tolerate a normal fluctuation. Once I went on vacation and gained 12 lbs in 6 days. I had no idea it was happening and would have curbed the extra treats had i known. Others feel more comfortable weighing once a week or even once a month.You have to know your own psyche to figure out what is best for you0

I weigh twice a month on Monday mornings at 5AM. I used to weigh every week but the number sometimes drove me crazy.
More importantly, I measure once a month and that's when I am stoked. Thinking about going back to weighing once a month also.0 -
I still weigh myself every morning before breakfast and before I dress. I know my weight fluctuates from day to day and week to week, so I focus more on trends than individual numbers.
I also focus on other indicators like measurements, clothes, how I feel, etc., but I'm kind of a data nerd so I like to see how the numbers change depending on what type of workouts I'm doing, what I eat, etc.0
