I need some better gym music. What is on your GYM IPOD MIX?

    I'm an old punk/metal/rock chick so I listen to Pantera, White Zombie/Rob Zombie, Nine Inch Nails, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, Iron Maiden, Motley Crue, etc., usually when I do weights or core training.

    Some days I throw in The Go-Go's, Duran Duran, The Cure, U2, The Beastie Boys, and Missy Elliot, primarily for cardio.

    Depends on my mind frame and what I'm working on (Cardio, weights, etc).

    I do like 30 Seconds to Mars for cardio. I do my last 2 min 30 sec of my cardio to "Battle of One" most times, trying to keep up with the drums.

    depending on the mood. I use iTunes Genius to select a song then make a play list of similar.
    Latest has been Audioslave, Rage Against The Machine etc
