Healthy and energizing brekfasts

I always find myself really tired in the morning so I need healthier breakfasts that will give me lots of energy throughout the day :) i don't want details on "anything with high carbs" etc. it'd be helpful for actual recipes or specific food items!!

    1 serving Kashi go lean cereal. Mix together 0.5 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 serving 100 % egg whites & 1 scoop whey protein. Poor into cereal.

    1 serving instant plain oatmeal. Mix in sugar free jelly. Add 1 tbsp natural PB on top.

    I tried the oatmeal with jelly and PB, and it tasted great and I feel good. Thank you for suggestions.....

    Non-fat, plain yogurt (greek or not)
    1TB peanut butter
    1TB chia seeds
    1TB flax seeds
    blueberries
    and possibly something to sweeten it. I use a stevia sweetened pancake syrup.

    Super good, and very high in protein.

    or:
    Vanilla protein shake (I use premier protein)
    1TB PB2
    1TB chia seeds
    1TB flax seeds
    shake it all up.
