Ripped in 30....ADVICE

So i'm making a schedule so that I stick with the workout plan. Would you consider Ripped in 30 a weight/strength training or cardio? I'm asking because I bought 3 of Jillian Michaels videos (Ripped in 30, Shred it with Weights, and 30 Day Shred) which I plan to start next week and want to know what I should count Ripped in 30 as.
I hear the best thing to do is to incorporate 3 days of strength training.

    I usually count Jillian DVDs as circuit training.

    Definitely circuit training. I love her DVD's! Definitely see results and they're fun but tough! Have fun!;-)

    Thank you!! I've heard to do strength training 3 times a week, does circuit training count as strength training? Because in Ripped in 30 and Shred it with weights you use weights.
