Exercise - 0 (but I do 30DS every day and dont record it)0 -
Thanks so much for your feedback. I never really paid much attention to the NET calorie number until now. I read confusing posts on the topic of NET calories, so I wanted to take a different approach and see how the numbers stacked up. No judging here, just gaining knowledge.0

In all seriousness, my theory was to see if I was the only one on this site that was eating below the NET goal (as shown on the "my home" screen, not the goal on the "food diary" screen). Based on the awesome responses I've received, I'm not the only one. Theory proven.0 -

I think she's talking about the sheer number of people netting below 1200 calories (and many netting below 1000).0
