Just returned from a DR. visit where he ran some additional tests, went over results from my last visit...

...and less than one year after I had been put on my 6th different medication to manage high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol & asthma I am now prescription free!

A1C1 came back at 4.0
Cholesterol near optimal
Blood Pressure almost perfect
Crystal clear EKG
Breathing test was almost perfect both at rest and during activity
Resting heart rate was a 57

I still have a little ways to go to get where I want to be, but for those of you that are tackling this journey for health reasons, please understand that with hard work, patience, education and BEING HONEST WITH YOURSELF - you can change!

    That is incredible! What an inspiration you are for me!! I am trying to get my blood sugar down with diet and exercise to avoid medication. I take medication for high blood pressure and fluid pill. Great job!!!!!
