Honey Baked Shrimp

Makes 2 Servings
1/4 cup reduced-fat Italian Dressing
1 clove garlic, grated or minced
1/4 cup honey
1/2 pound peeled and deveined medium or large raw shrimp
Combine the dressing, garlic, and honey in a bowl. Add the shrip and toss to coat. Cover and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Place the shrimp in a even layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with any remaining marinade. Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink all over.

I can't eat shrimp "naked", so would there be any way to bread this but still use your ingredients because it sounds FABULOUS!!!0
