 I measure every week when I weigh myself and track on a sheet of paper in my room, I have had some changes in as little as a week But if you like the WOW changes maybe do once a month or every 2 weeks? When I lose an inch I am always much happier than losin a pound0

I measure every Sunday. I'm so glad I started doing that when I got serious about losing weight. Looking back and seeing how many inches I've lost is sweet.0

I'm impatient so I measure once a week when I weigh in lol0

I measure myself every week, and as a menstruating female, it's helped me figure out when I start retaining water weight/when I lose it (for example, I've found my boobs literally grow a full inch the week before my period every month).0

One a month is a good range. The tape measure can be just as disappointing as the scale if you do it often enough.0

I take measurements every week and jot them down on a chart. But I calculate the changes over a month period and only record on MFP once a month. Like another poster, I like to see the effects of my cycle, bloating, etc, I only count to the closest quarter of an inch so the changes over a week are minuscule except when I was bloating the previous week.0
