1200 calories seems way too little to me!
im a big girl, trying to loose 2lb a week which i think is healthy? my fitness pal allowes me 1560 calories ..
i have weetabix and banana for breakfast, a huge salad with chicken, wlanuts and an apple for lunch and a normal tea, with calories left over for fruit if i'm careful and i never feel hungry
does anyone else agree that 1200 calories a day seems too little?0 -

It has been too many hours without someone posting from the US so here goes:
US here - Florida (Hot and Humid)
Love the UK though, more the idea since I have never been. I have always been a sucker for old structures and being able to stand in places with history, something about know that the only thing that separates you from an event is time and not space. Of course I live in Florida where the oldest structures are about 100 years old so pretty young. Hopefully at some point I will be able to spend some time and live in the UK for a short stint.
It does seem that a lot of the members on these forums are from the US, but it also seems that the UK people are very active as I see them a lot more often when I work through the forums. In fact I only have two MFP friends right now both in the UK.
You live in Florida, home to the oldest city in the entire country (Saint Augustine). Pretty sure that's a lot older than 100 yrs.0 -
Heart of America (MO). Lived in FL for a year (home of "the mouse"... never again). Would love to live in Germany or the UK.0
