Hi all! I am looking for some good advice. I have several exercise videos for cardio and strength training and a combo of both. Can anyone tell me which would be better, should I combine a few videos and work on them a couple weeks and then change or should I alternate between all the videos I have on a daily basis? I have about 20 or so that I enjoy doing.

  • I do the Total Body Time Crunch. Its great, good cardio and sculpting in intrivals so you dont get burnt out too quick.

I have a couple walk at home videos, a couple tae bo videos, several dancing videos, and a couple strength training videos. I enjoy doing all of them, but was just wondering which would work best alternating between groups after a few weeks or alternating daily. who makes the total body time crunch. I am also, looking at getting one of the biggest loser videos too. My sister got one and really enjoys it.

I'm no professional but I think as long as you keep your body guessing it should work well. I would make sure to have at least 2 sculpting workouts per week and 2 cardio.

Right now I have been doing the Extremly Ripped video 2 times per week and on the other days I do cardio video. I don't decide which ones I do in advance I just do the one that I want to do at the moment.

Just keep it interesting and keep moving. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I just bought 2 more videos today. Some of the ones I have are old so I am trying to weed them out and update my selections.
