    I'm closing in on my week 1 of this iChoice program, I got it via a groupon deal for $40 bucks which wasn't too bad, but I think the results can be readily achieved in this type system in a cheaper (at least cheaper than $179) way.

    Basically it includes a multivitamin packet, a meal replacement shake, and a carb inhibitor, all of which you can get at GNC (not sure about the carb inhibitor).

    I think it's DEFINITELY a great system to kind of get you on track and kind of watch what is going into your body.. I know that once my 30 day trial is up (or maybe switch it up during the week) I'm going to keep with a similar regimen by taking a Metabolism Boosting Multivitamin, do a Protein shake/SlimFast type shake for lunch or breakfast, and watch my carb intake.
