Amazing How Much More I Can Eat!

I made excellent food choices today, and I am amazed at how much food I got to eat! A salad with, my healthy lunch and supper, then additional veggies and fruit with all meals also; it makes such a difference! I still had some calories left to eat a handful of grapes after my workout! Wow!

    I know! I though I would feel deprived but I don't. It is finally easy for me to turn down fast food now. That food is not worth it. I can always think of better things to spend my calories on.
