Hows it going forum!

My name is Jared Siddle, im 26, from San Antonio, Texas.

I am a graphic designer / advertising / marketing specialist (As my day job and side job)

I am here to get in better shape and feel better about my body than I do now.

I used to be in pretty good shape for a few years after HS, but then just stopped working at it.


I am new here and could definitely use some friends to chat with or get advice, or to swap encouragements :)

    lol its ok to talk to yourself as long as you dont answer. Hi Jared, my name is kimani. Been trying to drop this weight since i was 15. i'm 28 now. I succeed a little and then fall off the bandwagon. self proclaimed SElf Saboteur. success absolutely terrifies me. Nevertheless I am trying and I want to %100 successful this time around but i'm taking my time.
