Injury

So I was feeling depressed. So i wanted to eat. Decided to do c25k instead of eating. Ended up spraining my ankle and now I am even more depressed because this will set me back in completing Insanity. I only have two more workouts until recovery week. i am praying its not a serious injury and that I will be healed in a day or two. Don't know why it happened esp. since I went out so I could avoid a binge.

    Just rest and let your body heal it''s self. Try not to let yourself get to down because makes the body have to work harder. Don't be to hard on yourself these things happen. I hope you feel better soon.

    thanks so much. rest last night and will rest today. hope to be back up tomorrow or Monday
