High Protein Breakfast

I have found that when I have the time to make myself an egg for breakfast, or if I have leftover meat from dinner that I eat at breakfast - I am not as hungry. When I eat oatmeal or cereal, I am hungry again by 10.

Any ideas for a quick high protein breakfast? Even something I can make up on the weekend and grab on the go?

    If you like oatmeal, add a tsp or 2 of peanut butter and 1/2 scoop of protein powder, if you have any.

    Hardboiled eggs are great... make a piece of toast, cut up the egg and voila, high protein breaky! :flowerforyou:
