Cauliflower Pizza Crust??

I've seen recipes that use cauliflower as the crust. I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower. Has anyone who doesn't really like cauliflower made/tried this type of pizza and liked it?

I've tried it and I found it quite salty (a lot of shredded cheddar) and you can't pick it up with your hands, it's strictly knife & fork only. You don't taste the cauliflower though.

    What kimkimkim said.

But give Cauliflower a chance. It can be a wonderful mashed potato substitute. While nobody in my HH will eat it plain, we will go through an entire head if it is roasted with salt, garlic, and evoo

I make 1/2 and 1/2 mashed cauliflower and potatoes. It's much healthier and you can't even taste the cauliflower. That's why I figured I'd try out cauliflower pizza crust. Just wish it got crispy!

I loved it. I love cauliflower but I didn't taste it much. I used parchment paper and cooked it till dark brown then added the toppings, I could hold it.

    Very filling as well!
