was just curious if anyone knew the correct way to measure your body with a tape measure (I have one from beach body, and also those sewing ones) I've lost over 70 lbs and my measurements are not really changsha whole lot since 40 lbs ago. but they must since my clothes are getting baggier! right? any pointers?

There should definitely be changes in your measurements with that kind of weight loss! I would suggest looking up a dress chart and measure at the same points - natural waist, hips etc. congrats on the weight loss!0

If you're feeling adventurous, you can buy a tape measure called Myotape.

I decided to get one after reading the reviews.0
