Whatcha got in that box?

It's slow here tonight so I am going to have some fun....okay it's a way to waste time. Fun is completely and entirely in the eyes of the beholder. So here we go:

A old man hands you a box and tells you that inside the box is a special item and that using this item will bring you great joy. Excitement shines through you like a girl scout who just made the big sale. You rush home and throw the box on the table. You open the box slowly ( you know...drama and such) and are quickly filled with disappointment. It seems that the old man lied to you.

So my question to you is,"Whatcha got in that box?"
