I have a chocolate bar a day - not some crappy little snack bar becuase if I had a bag of those in the house, you could be sure I would just eat the amount of cals in a normal bar! Do you think I should try and cut this out? I found before I was leaving it as a treat till saturday and I just binged on everything in site, now since I have spread it out during the week, I look forward to my chocolate bar after my dinner and then i am completely satisfied. I know there is healthier alternatives like dark chocolate - but I really hate dark chocolate! What do you think?

If you're within your calorie for the day and it keeps the urge to binge under control it can only be a good thing, right? You still get enjoy your food and maintain healthy sensible food the rest of the time so I say stick with it.
  • If its within your calories and stops the binge then enjoy it, there is no problem in this at all.

If it fits in your macros, you're eating a balanced diet with healthy things as well as chocolate and you're still reaching your goals and feel healthy, then do what works for you. This seems to work for you. I eat chocolate or something like it almost every day as well, it's impeded me none..
  • That is great - thank you very much :) x

Agree with everyone else - if it works for you, falls within your macros and keeps you on the straight and narrow, more power to ya sister ;)
