    I may just have to give this a try. I think the most I usually do during a work out is 150. 300 sounds doable.

    LOL. I don't miss apartment living, for that reason. 3 kids and we lived upstairs. Hard to keep the neighbors happy.

    I have a bum knee and jumping is SO NOT in the cards for me. I'm like Indy--I can "fly" but I WILL crash land, guaranteed. I've tried it and it's REALLY painful!! So do modified marching in place jacks like I learned off a low-impact video count??

    Book didn't get to do today's workout, had to spend the dy with my Darin the hospital. I'm gonna have to o it tomorrow first thing in the morning, definitely disappointed
