    Thanks guys!!! I really appreciate the support.

    I have been working for about 9 months now I am down to 223 from 310...alamost 100 lbs

    and its ok. I asked this question last week...it is Non-Scale Victory so like if you fit better in something or accomplished a goal outside of the scale
