yes, mozzarella, provolone, sometimes cheddar--why? because it tastes good, it's high in cholesterol, and high in protein. i love all of those reasons!0

I love cheese and I eat it. Every. Single. Kind. I LOVE CHEESE.
Did I mention I love cheese?0 -
If I could put cheese on everything, I would! I'm not eating as much of it as I used to but I have some at least once a day whether it's Philadelphia on toast or shredded on a stuffed pepper etc.0

i live in wisconsin.......fresh cheese curds! beer flavored cheese! deep fried cheese! sausages filled with cheese.......cheese hats0

I love cheese and eat it every day. I love a slice of Muenster on my turkey sandwich, and Colby-Jack goes with just about anything.
Since I've started trying to eat healthier though, I don't eat as much as I used to. I've been using 2% cheese lately.0 -

this makes me sad. :flowerforyou:0 -
I love cheese. Smoked cheese is probably my favorite. I think the only cheese I dont eat is blue cheese. If I can cut the mold off that is fine but I do not like the taste. Unfortunately, I try to stay away because of the calories.0

At a cheese factory, in Oregon, they have "squeeky cheese." It is sooooooooo good0 -
YES! A little goes a long way. You can get the flavor without a lot of calories. No need to shun one of the greatest foods ever.0
-
I love cheese.
My favourites are mature cheddar, Philadelphia, bsbybel lights, Wensleydale, red Leicester, parmesan and sometimes I like a bit of Stilton0 -
oh mostly definitely! My deli draw in the fridge as more cheese than meats.. lol I prefer old age swiss the best but do eat sharp cheddar or jalapeno cheddar.... I use shredded sharp cheddar (kraft brand) in my daily salads...0
-
my two favorite foods..chicken and cheese. Together, it would be magnificent, but doesn't happen all the time. Currently eating fat free which I kinda dislike. Doesn't really taste like cheese. Reduced fat isn't too bad. Tastes more like cheese. Regular cheese = heavenly.
Also, never ate a kind of cheese I didn't like.0 -
I love cheese.
Haven't really found one I didn't like.
Favourites would be a sharp cheddar and brie.0 -
Absolutely! Love cheese sticks for a snack - pepper jack is my favorite. Cottage cheese is great with tomatoes or fruit. Great in salads, too. Trying to stay away from American and anything even more processed...0

I've been eating about an ounce a day lately, today i had 2 ounces lol...but yes, I eat cheese. It wouldn't be impossible to give up but I do like it. It makes some foods better. I usually eat shredded cheddar.0

LOVE CHEESE - I eat cheese every day....not as much as I used to though. Mini baby bell light is only 50 calories and sargento thin siced is great on sandwiches. I think I'll go have a cheese stick now!!!0
-
Yes, I do! Every day!
I really enjoy it, and if you choose cheeses with strong flavors you can get by with small servings. I generally use full-fat cheeses.
In my fridge right now:
-Extra Sharp cheddar (block)
-Gorgonzola
-Blue Cheese
-Parmesan
-Cabot 50/50 Shredded Cheddar
-1% Cottage Cheese No Salt Added0 -
I love cheese. I eat it almost every day. Almost every kind of cheese.:flowerforyou:0

I need to move to wisconsin!!! :drinker:0 -
Absolutely adore cheese, but I'm trying to keep it to 1-2 ounces a day. Which means I got rid of the cheese I used to drown my morning eggs in, and the cheese that went on my salads. Fresh vegetables taste better with vinaigrette anyway instead of drowning in ranch and cheese. Then you can actually taste the veggies lol.0

LOOOOVE CHEESE! I stick to mozzarella mostly. I have cut back to a half slice of Kraft Deli Deluxe American on my burgers and have learned to eat a sandwich without it because of the calories :-\0

Ah man! Cheese is bomb! I make really good cheddar and broccoli cheese soup and it tastes absolutely amazing. I've found cheese isn't that great of a friend on this weight loss diet though! Isn't that bunk? The low fat cheeses taste horrible to me though. The only one I've found that I can stand is Laughing Cow cheese wedges-0

Another cheese lover here! I'm a vegetarian and the only reason I'm not vegan is because I can't give up cheese! I eat it every day! LOVE IT!!!0
-
I cut all dairy out of my diet a little over a month ago...and so far it has helped me lose 6 lbs. I really like Veggie Cheese, and it comes in all flavors. I love it.0

Wow this sounds heavenly please can I have the recipe? X0 -
I remember being in Miami and seeing someone eating savoury biscuits then they squirted some cheese onto them out of a can, can someone tell me what this stuff is called!!?
I have never seen or heard of it here in the uk where I live x0 -
Cheese is fine in moderation and I try to choose low calorie cheeses as a protein booster. I love full fat cheese too as a treat (stilton is a fav), but those can eat up alot of my calorie allowance.
Here are my favs:
1) Fat Free Mozzarella - 30 calories an ounce or so, and a good amount of protein. I dice up and put on salads.
2) Fat Free or low fat cottage cheese - creamy and good. Try this melted on a piece of whole wheat toast with fresh blue berries. Makes a nice breakfast treat.
3) 75% reduced fat cheddar (Cabot) - this is a nice on a whole grain cracker, and at 60 cals an ounce a decent choice.
4) Parmasan - This is a great booster cheese. Great in soups and salads and the calorie hit isn't too bad.
The above are for calorie control, but every once in a while, I will enjoy a nice artisanal piece or two of full fat cheese, such as Saga, Brie, etc.0 -
I .love cheese. If I had to give up cheese, I might as well just drink my food from a straw because all of the joy of eating would be gone. I snack on cheese, great source of protein and tastes great. I mainly eat mild cheddar, but muenster, provolone, mozzarella are great too. I also shake Parmesan on just about everything.0

If cheese ceased to exist I would be one sad dude.
Havarti and provolone are my absolute faves. Cheddar isn't bad, either!0 -
I love cheese! When I went on a diet change where I had to cut out cheese for a while, it made life difficult. I really love smoked gruyere cheese on a bologna sandwich. Or just eat it by itself. YUM!0
