Bald-Faced hornets.

Large pic - here's the url:

Bald-faced hornets are aggressive and will attack anyone or anything that invades their space. This makes bald-faced hornet removal somewhat difficult. They have smooth stingers, so they can sting over and over again. Their stings also carry venom that makes the stings hurt, itch, or swell for about 24 hours

I have 9.95 other acres to live...gonna take them out with wasp spray. At night. Geared-up. From within a truck. Hiding like a little girl with just my hand out of the window, holding the can. :p

    O.m.f.g.

I am fatally allergic to wasps and all of their cousins.

Even SEEING that picture, made me shudder and regress into memories.

You can use wasp spray during the day. It shoots from about 15' away. They will come at you but in a straight line following the stream. Hold your ground, they'll die long before they get to you. Be there, done that, killed them dead

spray the contents of the can into a bucket...

stand NEAR them...but not too near.

throw bucket and hope the crap lands on those things!

I would do that, and of course it probably wouldn't work for me...but it may for you!

Torch the whole place. Collect insurance. Build a concrete bunker.
