I'm trying to find as much information about healthy eating and living as possible, and an article popped up on Twitter earlier that I found very interesting - the most important quotes:

"A new study suggests changing just two particular habits would go a long way toward helping people shape up: Get off the couch, and eat more fruits and vegetables.
