I mix 3 tablespoons with 2 tablespoons of water + one tablespoon of raspberry sugar free syrup. Spread on two lightly salted rice cakes. Delish!!!!:flowerforyou:0

I like mine on low sodium rice cakes...or the mini caramel ones!! I like the idea of using it for dip with fruit!0

I eat it plain.0

Use the link below and you can get two jars shipped for less than $6. And don't worry, it is not a scam. :-)

Ok. Had to Google that and . . . .eewwww.
Just eat the real stuff!
your ignorance is showing.
PB2 is smashed peanuts, smashed so hard the oil squeezed out. There is nothing about it that isn't real.
I put it in my smoothies, smear it on chocolate rice cakes, use it in a PBJ sandwich, you name it.
I buy mine on Amazon, both flavors.0 -
I eat it plain.
I do this, too! The chocolate kind is especially good for this purpose.0 -
Just eat it straight off the spoon!
Smeared on a banana is also good. And I like the chocolate PB2 mixed with plain greek yogurt.0 -
I have never tried this PB2, but I do love peanut butter. I'm currently hooked on the Skippy Natural. Would this compare? Would I like it?0

What is the consistency out of the jar? Is it a pure powder, like a protein powder? Or is it a little creamy yet?0

I just got pb2 and made a peanut butter pie and it was delicious!! I personally didn't like the pb2 by itself so I searched on the bell website for recipes and so far the pie is my favorite0

I put it in apples or celery for a snack. I also put it on whole wheat waffles with some sugar free preserves for breakfast.0

I mostly just use it in recipes. I'll mix 1 tbsp with 2 tbsp brownie mix and 1 tbsp apple sauce and microwave for 20-30 seconds to make a peanut butter brownie.
I also use it in this energy ball recipe:
5 Tbsp quick-cooking oats
2 Tbsp PB2
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
Methods/Steps
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to mix well. Roll dough into three balls and place in a covered container.
Refrigerate until firm (about one hour).0 -
