Not I.0

Personally no I do not agree. I do not think it matters when you eat or what kind of food you eat at any time of day. I am a calories in vs calories out person.0

No. eating late at night and gaining weight from it is just a myth. It's fine to eat at night, what matters is your day as a whole. I hate eating late at night only because I get weird dreams and my stomach hurts when I wake up. It just sits in your stomach and digests suuuuuper slow while you're sleeping.0

I don't. I don't restrict what I eat by anything but portion size.0

My dad-in law who is a crazy intense worker-outer and
health guru has told me only "wet carbs" in the evening.
That would include stuff like celery and some other vegetables
(no fruit though, too much sugar).0 -
For myself, any eating after 7pm is pretty much a guaranteed gain for me.0

Will be taking a nice big carb snack to bed with me which I do every night so Nope don't believe it myself...0

I don't agree w/ rules in general, but skipping the carbs at night has helped me break through plateaus.0

um no. Eat anything ANYTIME you want. Calories are calories, just eat less of them to lose weight. Thats it. People make shiz so complicated. Eat a cake in bed at 2:00am for all your body cares. As long as you're within your calorie goal its all good0

Yes! Thats what my father said (a fitness trainer) but he insists on telling me not to eat after 8 if my bed time is like 10 30 , 11 oclock.0

I highly agree. I will trust a woman that has lost 72 pounds0

Interesting concept, thanks0

No, never, no. I take carbs at night based on the workout I've completed during the day and the one I have planned for the morning. Period.0

It doesn't matter what time of day you eat anything, except in relation to working out. The importance of the timing of eating, how many meals a day, breakfast being important, not eating at night, etc. are all myths.0
