I know you guys drink protein shakes or smoothies ha so post your ingredients

Hazelnut Protein Smoothie: (blended)
Milk 14oz + Ice 6 cubes
Folgers instant coffee 2 tsp
Hazelnut coffee creamer (splash)
Vanilla Body fortress advanced whey protein 1.5 scoops (38 grams protein)
Crushed almonds (optional)

    Trader Joe's Chia Seeds- 1 Tbsp
    Trader Joe's Organic Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt- 1/2 cup
    Whole Banana
    Frozen Organic Fruit: either strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries- 1/4 cup
    Organic Spinach- 2 cups
    Trader Joe's Organic Rolled Oats (optional)

    1 banana
    1 cup Silk Pure Almond milk
    1/4 or 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp Hershery's Special Dark Chocolate Powder
    2 tbsp PB2
    3 tbsp Honeyville Powdered Egg Whites (switching this up to a protein powder once I finish this can)
    1 tbsp Chia seeds
    Lots of ice
