I'm 5'4, started at nearly 170 and I'm 133 lbs right now. I'm aiming to weigh somewhere around 120-125, I've been told by a lot of people that 120 would be too "skinny" for me.... So my primary focus is mainly lowering my body fat and continuing to build muscle. (or be a size 1/2, right now I'm 3/4 or 5/6)
I run 2x a week, do HIIT one day a week, and lift 3x a week. I eat around 1400, unless it's a lifting day, and then I eat 1600-1800.0 -
I'm 5'3" and aiming for 108lbs. I have a small frame though so that's why it's low. The last time I weighed that much was before I had kids and I had a lovely flat tummy. Am so desperate to get it back again!0

I guess I fit right in here. I'm 5' 2", currently weighing in at 168. Thinking that I'd like to get down to 130? Not sure is that's the recommended weight for height /age.0

I'm 5'3" and my ultimate goal weight is 120. I started at 133 and I am 127 right now. I have been lifting weights a lot and therefore actual weight loss as measured by the scale has slowed. I have lost inches though and I am thinking I would be happy with a toned 125.0

I am 5'2.75" and currently weigh 143.5. My heaviest (w/o being pregnant) was 178lbs. I'm still in a size 14 stretch jean, so i have quite a way to go. I'm figuring i'll have to get down to around 110.0

My goal weight is 120 because that's the weight I've been happiest at. At one point several years ago I got as low as 117 but that was too thin.0

I'm a believer in small-boned, medium-boned, large-boned. With that said, everyone is going to be slightly different. I think 109-130 is an appropriate range depending on one's frame (as I just outlined). I eat between 1,250-1,550 calories a day (and sometimes, rarely, I'll eat even more - about 2,000 calories) and fluctuate between 112 and 115. This is at age 46. (The most I weighed was 145 pounds.)0

Started around 130-135, original goal weight 120, currently 115, aiming to lose a few more pounds but as long as my bf% is getting lower I'm not worrying about the scales. Your goal is very achievable.
I am 5'4" and started at 127lbs, my goal was 115, now I am at 112-113 and my belly is just starting to shrink. I am looking at about 108-110 pounds now.0 -

I'm 5'2 and my original goal was 140, which is where I am now. When I was at 150, I knew 140 wasn't going to be where I wanted, so I dropped it to 130 for now. Really, being this close, I've stopped stressing about the number and I"m focusing more on how I look. I still want to get a pretty flat belly and lose some chub on my inner thighs and hips. I'm thinking I might end up as low as 120.0

I think 135-140 is maintainable for life. 125 sounds awesome though0

I agree that depending on your build, small, medium, or large boned, makes a big difference in the goal weight you might shoot for. I am medium build, got up to 210 lbs, and am now at 194 or 196, depending on the day. My first goal is for 150, since I felt very good when I was between 140 and 150 lbs almost 18 years ago. My doctor said that is a good goal for me to shoot for, and then when I reach it, I may want to go for 125 or 130, but to not stress for that now. Only you can decide what your goal should be. So wow...I am 5'3" and I tipped that scale at 221 this morning.
I just wanna fit in a size 12 again. I hope to get down to like 150 but I am more concerned with inches than pounds!!! Right now I am in a size 16/18, hopefully I reach my goal soon. Congrats on your weightloss!!!!!!!!!! You are an inspiration!!!!!

I'm 5'2'' and my goal weight is 122 thus my username. Great job on your weightloss, how amazing! I have another 30 pounds to go, lol, so I'll definitely keep you posted on my opinion. I know you're an inch taller so it may be a few pounds higher I think for every inch you add 5 pounds so you'd probably be good around 125-129lbs.0

I'm also 5'3" and my starting weight was 214.5lbs in July 2011 and now I'm down to 136lbs. a year later. My original GW was 139.5 but I decided to keep going. I still have the dreaded belly too - ugh. My ultimate goal/lowest I'll go is 125lbs, but I'll be happy just being back in the 120's. I'm small/average framed. I typically eat between 1300-1400 calories a day (and usually 1500-1600 on the weekends) and I don't eat back my exercise calories either, but I'm not working out like crazy either. I work out almost every day, but only for 30 minutes (either a 5km run, 10km bike ride, or Shred it With Weights video).0

I am at 115, but with a small frame/bone structure, so that makes a difference. I am pretty happy with where I am now, just trying to maintain.0

I'm 5'3" and have a very small frame. My wrist measures slightly less than 5.4" around.
That sounded tiny to me so I measured my wrist: 5.5" Funny, I feel allot bigger.
My goal is 99-102. I am 5'2" ish (on my way down in height :sad: ). My ultimate goal is to reduce the size of my arms which are 11", which compared to my wrists seems huge. I also want that elusive flatter stomach.0 -

I am 5"3 weighing in @ 137.4 lbs and too heavy. My goal is 125 ??? I actually weigh LESS than I did 15 years ago.. I wear it differently though !!!0
